  1. Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  2. Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
  3. Closes prospective customers using working knowledge of the product line. 
  4. Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers. 
  5. Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations. 
  6. Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism. 
  7. Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely and closing the sale
  8. Acquire product line knowledge on all products. 
  9. Understands payment instructions and ensuring customer understands it in a simplistic manner
  10. Ability to handle customer objection / apprehensions and clear those objections and close the sale.  

Professional Knowledge  and Experience
  • Core experience in inbound sales . 
  • Understanding of the telesales process
